Release what no longer serves you.

Release what no longer serves you.

Come lay down fear, shame, guilt, unforgiveness, and stress — and leave carrying peace instead. A faith-filled afternoon for women ready for a new season.

About the gathering

Why Release?

As women, we can find ourselves weighed down by the emotional strongholds - fear, shame, guilt, unforgiveness, anger, or stress. We can carry that weight for so long that we forget what it feels like to breathe freely. We need a safe space to release these strongholds and receive the freedom Christ has already given us.

At this retreat, we pause to engage the root, pray, reflect, and meditate. It is a fresh start toward freedom and a deeper understanding of our identity in Christ.

Join me at our next gathering!

Release & receive

The Release Journey

A gentle, faith-centered path from what you’ve been carrying to renewed strength, peace, and hope.

1. Recognize

Name what has been weighing on your heart.

2. Reflect

Explore where it began with grace and biblical encouragement.

3. Release

Lay it down through prayer, guided reflection, and honest connection.

In the guided release exercise, women are invited to name what they’ve been carrying, release it in prayer, and make room for truth, freedom, and renewed identity in Christ.

THE RETREAT EXPERIENCE

What You Can Expect

Fun connection activities and icebreakers

Biblical teaching rooted in freedom and identity in Christ

Delicious food and refreshments

A safe, judgment-free sisterhood space

A guided meditation and release exercise

YOUR TAKEWAYS

What you’ll leave with

Lighter — because you finally gave yourself permission to put something down.

Clearer — because you had space to reflect without the noise of everyday life.

Grounded — because you reconnected with God and with yourself.

Connected — because you didn’t have to carry this season alone.

Ready — because you made room for what’s next.

You came carrying something. You leave with room to receive.

A LOOK BACK

This is what release looks like.

I’m still holding onto this afternoon. Women who walked in as strangers sat side by side, shared honestly, prayed together, and left with something lighter than what they came carrying. Here’s a glimpse of our last gathering, and a little taste of what’s waiting for you.

Stories of renewal

What women are saying about the Release Retreat

Every gathering is different, but the heart is the same. Here’s what women shared afterward.

“I’ve always been afraid to journal because I didn’t really know how to put my feelings into words. But being able to finally write my thoughts down and speak honestly to God felt so freeing. I felt a heaviness lift off of me that I realize I had been carrying.”

YOUR HOST

Meet Isoken

Hi, I’m Isoken, founder of Women’s Release Retreat. This gathering was born from my own season of seeking, of healing from rejection and learning who God says I am. I know what it’s like to carry something quietly for years. I’d love to walk this road of release with you.
